Definitely not.

I had two quick questions: 1) does having your article in a publication lower the chances of it being curated? 2) do articles more than a day or two old get curated? In other words, is there an "expiration" dates for articles, as far as curation goes?
Excellent, informative article, as have been all your articles I've read so far in this series.

Definitely not.
It varies or has varied over time on Medium. Currently, curation seems to occur within 72 hours. However I’ve personally had content appear to be curated after a much longer period (1–2 weeks)
